Improving ICU Performance Through Clinical Consistency
Improving ICU Performance Through Clinical Consistency
Critical Care Consulting for Better ICU Outcomes
Our mission is to help hospitals bring clarity, consistency, and confidence to critical care decision-making—improving outcomes through evidence-informed clinical standardization.

We help hospitals reduce variability in high-risk ICU decisions by introducing structured, evidence-informed frameworks that support consistent clinical judgment across teams.

A focused consulting service designed to improve how ventilator readiness is assessed and communicated, supporting safer and more timely weaning decisions.

Targeted education and leadership support for respiratory therapy leaders and ICU teams navigating complexity, change, and staffing challenges.
The GWRS™ (Glenn’s Weaning Readiness Score) is a structured clinical decision-support framework designed to help ICU teams evaluate a patient’s readiness to be liberated from mechanical ventilation. By organizing key physiologic, ventilator, and clinical indicators into a standardized assessment process, the GWRS™ helps clinicians identify barriers to extubation, track patient progress, and support more consistent, data-informed weaning decisions. Developed by a respiratory therapy leader with over two decades of critical care experience, the GWRS™ is designed to enhance multidisciplinary collaboration, improve ventilator liberation strategies, and ultimately reduce unnecessary ventilator days while maintaining patient safety. .
